Emma Epalat

Mr. Emmanuel Epalat is an accomplished governance, leadership, and management authority with over 20 years of experience across the private and government sectors. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Development (in progress) from Atlantic International University, a Master’s in Public Administration and Governance from the World University of Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Environment Management and Geography from Makerere University. As a seasoned consultant, Emmanuel specializes in organizational development, human resource management, and resource mobilization. He has a robust track record in strategic planning, policy formulation, performance management, and customer relationship management. His extensive consultancy work spans industries such as manufacturing, education, NGOs, and faith-based organizations. Currently, he serves as the Resource Mobilization Manager at the Association of Religious in Uganda (ARU), where he enhances the sustainability of over 116 religious’ institutions through capacity building, grant writing, and fundraising training. Emmanuel is known for his visionary approach, resilience, and commitment to business growth. His expertise in training and consultancy is evidenced by over 300 assignments, impacting thousands through strategic interventions and organizational transformation.
